"Room was quiet and peaceful and I had a good nights sleep. Downstairs smelt smoky and musty. Hotel could do with a bit of modernisation, also had an issue with my invoice when I checked out - I paid more than was on my invoice!"
"Parking in the area sucks, but aside that its a great place, the hotel staff are friendly. the bar staff however need some coaching on not having their social time chatting with each other behind the bar interrupted by customers. such a simple thing to do is to engage in each interation as individual rather than us listen to their gossip while we are being served. crazy how the small stuff stands out!"

"A good one night stay - for a concert at The Dome & visit to the i360. Well located for both. Nice seafront location (even had a seaview from my room). Didn't use the facilities (breakfast, bar etc) as I had other plans. Lift was a bit slow (to 3rd floor). Shower wasn't so easy to use (overhead)...wifi was o.k..."
"Bath had no rubber bathmat and no mixer tap so shower was very hot or very cold. Would have preferred a ground floor room. Staff helpful. Would have liked more rubbish bags. No shops nearby."
"The shower is way too close to the toilet seat. Every time after the shower I need to use the towels to clean the floor area otherwise you will feel wet when you use the loo."
"This would have been an all over 'excellent' save for one issue immediately resolved by staff. The window catches in the ground floor room I was given which overlooked the garden could not be shut and locked to secure the room from the outside.
As soon as I reported this, however, I was immediately offered another secure equally good room so it was resolved - the cleaning staff must have known but had not alerted management who were unaware till I drew it to its attention.

Had problems with checking in but no face to face support, only via email/whatsapp.
Room clean but basic. Wall had holes in, like someone had punched it. In the morning, i realised this maybe due to the awfully loud drum and base music blaring from the house.next door !
Never again would I stay here. I would rather pay more!"
