"Friendly staff anf comfortable room"

"It’s not my first time staying at this hotel, and once again it didn’t disappoint. I booked a king size room which was as expected. Everything you would expect in the room; hairdryer, nice towels, hot drink facilities, nice bathroom with a decent shower, and body wash and shampoo/conditioner. The staff as always were friendly, accommodating and helpful throughout my stay. I purchased breakfast, one evening meal taken to my room and wine, all of which were of good quality with careful...

"It was a lovely room and the staff were great. My only criticism I have is I paid for a room with view of the park-i didn't feel this was fulfilled. I could see one enclosure but otherwise it was of the outdoor seating area, the park entrance and all the work that was been done. I would have also thought that when checking in I would be asked if I wanted to visit the park as there was no option when booking to add a park visit. The food was great, the staff were super friendly."

"Even though the hotel was clean and well maintained, I found the entrance difficult to find and also a lack of parking which required parking my vehicle at a parking garage in the city about three blocks away. At night returning from there back to the hotel, I felt uneasy as there were some shady individuals in that area."
