"We got to the hotel, and the pizza oven in the restaurant wasn’t working so they had to close the restaurant. But the front desk staff was good at recommending another place to eat We got to our room, and it was very warm. 24°… thermostat was set to 18°. Asked to be switched. And we were. No problem. "
