Breakfast was ok, the staff were responsive once I had pointed out that some of the food needed replenishing, eg fried eggs, ham and cheese. "The room was beautiful and spotless however some of the furniture was a little worn but it added character. They had the tea and coffee box well stocked and not with just the standard tea and coffee but with the flavoured tea and decaf coffee plus they had shower gel, shampoo and conditioner as well as if you had forgotten anything you could ask for a guest pack (toothpaste, toothbrush, razors etc). "Location was the only good thing about the hotel. Disappointed from the minute we arrived. The main entrance was more like a fire exit/side door out of a night club. Reception atmosphere was cold and clinical, self check in via online screens, no warm welcome from staff even though there were a few looking on. Check in not available until 3pm.
