"Fantastic hotel! We called last minute and secured a room via Expedia - we arrived and they upgraded us so we could have two beds (king and a twin). Our check in guy was awesome - he carried my heavy luggage up the stairs to my room. The room was clean, quiet, air worked great, wonderful & modern bathroom and shower — it was all fantastic! "This hotel should have more stars than just 3! Apart from the incredibly friendly staff who made our stay much more enjoyable, the rooms were newly furnished and incredibly clean. The water pressure was excellent. The breakfast is a steal for 5 euros each, as you get so much and it tastes amazing! The location is insane as well - just 5 minutes and you’re in the old city, a 10 minute walk and you’re staring at the Duomo. Could not recommend highly enough!"
