The stairwell leading to the parking area was also very dirty. The carpet was dirty, and the windowsill was full of dirt and bugs. Looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time. Our bathroom floor was also dirty. Lots of black hair on the floor and the tile baseboards were dirty. The door from the underground parking into...
