"Lots of toiletries offered. Body soap, lotions, shampoo and conditioner. The problem was that the bottles are not squeezable to use the products. Also the shower floor is a ceramic tile which was extremely slippery, no grab bars, no rubber mat for the shower floor. Potentially very dangerous for the elderly. Needs to be addressed. "The property is conveniently located close to stores, restaurants, and the chair lifts. Since we only stayed one night we did not make use of the pool and gym so cannot comment on that. Overall the room was nice. The only comment I would make to improve the room is some maintenance and updating (painting). The toilet was very loose."

"We booked the suite on line , supposed with one king bed and one queen bed , 1500 sq ft , But the actual suite is a lot smaller than what we expect, the actual suite has only 2 queen beds only , Hot water is only good for 2 people shower , we need to shower in cold water 😰😰"

"Aspenglow is one of the more affordable hotels in Whistler Village. It has everything you need, a clean room, comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, a pool, hot tub, sauna and a gym. We will probably go back there for it's value. I'm a pretty easygoing customer but to be honest, the front desk staff are just the least friendly front-desk staff I've seen in any hotel. They are usually on their cellphones or the computer, not greeting anybody walking in. It wasn't particularly a busy season too....
