"Hotel was better than expected given the recent reviews. It wasn't pristinely clean, but it was satisfactory. The hotel appeared understaffed as we had to wait ~30 minutes to get to our room after the check-in time, however they were apologetic about this and it was not too much of a bother for us. The hotel felt safe as it required a room key or being buzzed in to get into the lobby. Very convenient for transportation to and from Lyon Part Dieu Station. We were pleasantly surprised by the size...

"A/c was just a fan, room was stuffy and no Kleenex or safety box. Only one elevator was working was difficult to leave with luggage it always seem to fill at higher floors first. Was clean and breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful."

"I stayed 2 nights on business. All the staff were super helpful, very welcoming and friendly. The room was comfortable but could perhaps do with some upgrading. It would have been good if the hotel sold cold drinks as I had to go out after finishing work at c 21:00 and Villeurbanne did not feel terribly safe."

"Had a good 1-night stay! It was conveniently located to Gare Part-Dieu and the staff were very nice. The bathroom was clean but definitely needed updating (rust stains, damp smell etc). Bed was super comfortable! The lobby seemed like a good place to hang out - I liked that they had a water bottle refill station and a secure area to store bags."

"No real complaints. It’s not brand spanking new but bathroom was clean and updated. Bed comfortable with spacious room for the price. Super friendly staff with great breakfast choices. On site restaurant available. They work with your parking which is about a 5 minute walk. I paid 10 euros for overnight parking. More for 24 hours. "

"For money paid it was ok. Of course the room and especially the bathroom are small, but it's a 3 star hotel, it was expected. The staff was very nice and helpful, for this I give 5 stars."
