"Ridiculously lovely hotel, made the holiday feel like an actual holiday. Proper 24 hour desk coverage, we came in late a couple of nights post Agua de Valencia and the lovely desk staff still sorted tickets / swapped our water bottles. Staff are phenomenal, with many languages spoken too so we were totally covered. Room refreshed / spotless daily, unless you use the door notification. Worth getting the hotel transfers, there was no faff. Proper delight of a hotel. We're booking the next trip...

"The property actually exceeded my expectations. I assumed that the extra sleeping was only on a pullout sofa, which would’ve been terrible… But there was a loft with two beds above, so our unit could sleep easily for people comfortably and maybe a fifth. There was not a toaster oven, which was a disappointment. But otherwise there was the typical small European shower and kitchenette."

"The property is modern and up to date and yet is in a very traditional part of Valencia. There is a fantastic bakery, fruit shop and decent supermarket all within a three minute walk of the property. We had visited Valencia before, so knew thr layout of the city and our property was very accessible to the centre(and only five minutes away from the wonderful Botanic Gardens). I really appreciated the powerful hairdryer!! The only criticism is that we could not get the stove top to work; ...

"The staff was marvelous- very helpful and charming. The roof top bar/lounge was a nice touch. Our room was designed well and had a functional kitchen- great for coffee/tea and heating up leftovers! And of course the location in Cuitat Vella was superb! "
