"Great location, lovely staff. Pool was closed but we were not advised of that when we booked. No outside lounge space. Room was a good size and spotless."

"Not 5 stars. Has water damage and mold in the newly renovated rooms. The rooms smell of mildew. Breakfast buffet is not worth it. Pancakes are stacked cold on a pastry table. Huge walk in shower toilet combo is filthy. The grout has mildew and black mold. The TV did not work the entire time we were there. They told us it was the entire hotel having an issue, that was not true. We sent our laundry out. They charged $300.00. Insane. They comped breakfast because our TV did not work but at check out made us pay for it anyway. Booking through Expedia somehow gives them opportunity to lower your room level and forget about any upgrades you paid for directly with Expedia."
