"The hotel is on the edge of an industrial area and is next door to a service station. Has an outdoor eating area but it overlooks a building site. Some parking at the front of the hotel but told that it’s not owned by the Moxy so had to use the underground car park (CHF12 per night)."

"We stayed in the week of the transition, owners taking over the management after a leasing of the property. So, we experienced some of the service issues that one can naturally expect when a new management is arriving. Nevertheless the staff was excellent and predisposed to overcome all those difficulties. Otherwise the location is good and with an outstanding view of the Alps. Overall a very good stay."

"The staff made this hotel, the reception staff were always lovely. Great room, kettle, mini bar, etc and the pool/sauna was an added bonus. No parking but everything is so compact that it’s nearby to walk. Comfy duvets! "

"10/10 experience! it is a bit of travel to zurich/lauterbrunnen/grindelwald/interlaken but still situated in the bernese oberland area. the views are worth it and the journey is scenic. it was a contact-less check-in and out system which was a smooth process and staff was helpful and responsive online. the place was clean and quiet. the little town area had shops, restaurants and even a coop. bus station is about a 5 min walk. thank you revier! "My suite was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a big balcony. The bathroom was kinda small and very basic. There's no air conditioning at this property; they provide fans, though. The room is advertised as having a mountain view, which is sort of true. I would have preferred a room with views over the castle and fortress, which I could glimpse from the end of the balcony.
