"We honestly had such a terrible experience at this hotel. The first room we got had a leaking toilet which was absolutely disgusting and seemed like an odd thing to not check for. The second room they moved us to had a little bug fly out of the bed when I pulled the covers back. I called the front desk about it immediately and they seemed to not believe us (were extremely rude) until we went down and showed them a photo. There attitude changed significantly once we had showed them the photo but...

"Clean. Beds comfortable. Large room. However; very hard to sleep in the non-air conditioned hot box. Window tilted in about 6” without a screen making me nervous a bird or insects would make it in my room. Noise from the street was unbearable due to the open window. Could not close the drapes or you would not get fresh air so the lights from the building across flooded the room all night and the sun streamed in the room in the morning. Had to leave the drapes open during the day so the air...

"As we checked in with our vehicle, we parked in the one stall available anywhere near the hotel which was a taxi stand created inside a bicycle lane! Prepare for angry cyclists and taxi/Uber drivers yelling/honking while unloading baggage! We moved to the reservation desk quickly to ask if our vehicle be towed/ticketed? They said no, but they would prefer we find parking elsewhere on any another block in nearby area. I had circled the block and several other blocks prior to arrival and found no...

"A really handy stop off on the way to the coast to an event. Easy parking, clean room and bathroom, comfy bed plus lovely staff! As we arrived later in the day we decided to eat in the pub next door.. the food was basic but OK. The breakfast was also served in the pub and at both meals the staff were really welcoming and helpful. I would stay again if I was in the area overnight."

"This is a fairly basic hotel that met our needs while visiting London for a few days. Our stay was quiet and comfortable. Furnishings are simple. It was super helpful that the Tube, a convenience store, and a quick breakfast spot were very close by. Having more toiletries and a small refrigerator would have been helpful. Overall, this was a decent stay."
