"The room I was I was in need of repair. The delayed maintenance shows. There were few people within the complex and why another guest was stuck next to me isn’t what I would have done as an owner. When I came tot he property at 2.30 and check I was at 3, you would have thought I robbed a bank Poor customer warmth"
