"Clear instructions for entry to property. Met my host, Liz at breakfast. Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Room was cosy and comfy, with a fridge and there's also a guest lounge. Good value"

"Property was ok to sleep in few down points regarding bathroom cleaning and no toaster in kitchen Property may look into getting few more bits into kitchen for cooking facilities no frying pans there could do with few clothes hooks for coats too"

"Very clean"

"The food was very good (ham was delicious!) and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pub had a nice friendly feel, too. Plenty of on site parking and it felt clean. The only minor quibble was the tv screen in our room was abs tiny (small). Overall, was good value."

"This hotel is amazing from start to finish. Lovely warm welcome, compact single room with so many extras from toiletries, even a toothbrush, ear plugs, shoe cleaner, makeup remover cloth, variety of teas and coffee, fridge, large TV including Netflix. Breakfast had a huge variety to pick from, too much to mention, variety of breads, pancakes, crumpets, pastries, cheeses and meat, yoghurts, fruit, even sausages, eggs, beans and tomatoes and again lots of juices and teas and coffees. Amazing value...

"Great stay, love the place, found the hurricane a little tired compared to Lancaster stay, but definitely will be back, the Tower looks great"

"Great location. Modern, luxurious, clean caravan, very well equipped. Will definitely book again!"

"Basic but comfortable, local enough to the promenade. Could do with a fan in the room or even air con ( in the summer I would pay more for air con) would have had brekkie but it's starts a bit late for us as we had an early start. Nice enough for an overnight stay."

"Great location and very welcoming hosts"
