Clear instructions for entry to property. Met my host, Liz at breakfast. Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Room was cosy and comfy, with a fridge and there's also a guest lounge. Good value

Well what can I say absolutely amazing stay. Can't fault anything breakfast filled us until tea time and plenty of choice. We stayed in the family room and it was ideal for us ensuite bathroom and the room was cleaned everyday. Definitely booking again. The hosts very friendly nothing a problem.

Booked this for husbands birthday weekend as somewhere to stay for us and family. Lovely and clean, friendly people, breakfast was awesome highly recommend. Only bit that could be improved is the water pressure in the shower but didn’t detract from a lovely stay

The property is the best better than any of your big hotels liz the owner goes all out to provide an exceptional stay breakfast is cooked fresh daily so close to skegness town and all amenities could not fault the stay in anyway will be booking karema again without a doubt

The Karema is a perfect place to stay, Liz and Ian are great and attentive to the needs of their guests. The rooms are spotless with everything needed for a comfortable stay and the breakfast was delicious. Parking is available for 3 cars but plenty of street parking is also available. I stay in Skegness on a regular basis and this will now always be my preferred choice.

The room was spotless. Fantastic there was a fan as the weather was amazing and the fan was needed. Staff was very friendly sly and helpful. Always got parked outside the b&b no matter what time of day or night it was. Will def be back.

We had a lovely stay! Liz was the perfect host, friendly and welcoming, making a lovely cooked breakfast! The room was clean, comfortable with everything we needed. Lovely touch with the fresh milk 👌 The location is close enough to walk into town or walk along the coast. There was not enough room to fit on the car park but there was plenty of roadside parking available which was free. We will definatly stay again!
