"I had one more night in Split after my week of sailing around the Croatian islands. This is a charming boutique hotel in the heart of the Palace. Be prepared for a 1/4 mile walk or so rolling your luggage as cars are not allowed in the city center. And be sure to wear ‘proper shoes’ as the steps up to the hotel are centuries old and polished slick! Very clean, very nice and comfortable. Also be prepared for a lot of noise until the sidewalk cafes and bars close at midnight. "

"Very central right in the middle of the middle of Old Town. The building is between two restaurants. There is some noise if you open the windows but once you close them, it is pretty quiet. The restaurants close at 11pm. So there is no noise afterwards. Everything works except the instant coffee can be better; it is bitter & granular; other than that? Everything is great When I arrived, I did not read the instructions carefully. I am supposed to notice the host at least 24 hrs ahead re: time of...
