"We arrived late and needed an early shuttle to the airport. Tony stayed late to greet us and to ensure that our shuttle was scheduled and secure. He went the extra mile by walking us to the shuttle pick up spot which was Les than 1 city block away. "Wonderful stay staff was very helpful and friendly but didn’t always know how to be helpful. Seemed like restaurant staff would help at the front desk and they were very friendly but didnt always seem to know the specifics of individual reservations. My friend was given all the info for free breakfast and I wasn’t so I did miss one morning of breakfast and we didn’t get the welcome drink but the stay was great and I’m sure if I would have inquired they would have accommodated us.
