High rise building with a view towards the ferry terminal. Our room was lovely. There are no other amenities, other then breakfast available in the cafe on the ground floor, which was very good, but à la carte, not a buffet. Location is very convenient to old town and to the ferry.

It is very conveniently located and within easy walking distance of the Old Town and the ferries and buses. The front receptionist was helpful. However, despite its name, it was not a suite; we had just a room. Further it’s a basic room. There was no toiletries provided such as tissues or Q-Tips. The floor was bare, not wood or carpeted.

Spacious and spotlessly clean room and central to the strip, 5 minute walk. Can't recommend this hotel enough. Staff were so helpful throughout and so pleasant. Comfy beds too😀. Would definitely stay here again!

This hotel was perfect. Very well located, clean, spacious, and quiet. Our only desire was for some thicker bed linens (they were essentially just a sheet) and we did have to buy shower products since the only one was a combo body/hair wash. But that was very minor in comparison to the overall experience and we would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Hotel in the Perfect. Location

Wonderful and indeed luxurious. Very friendly and helpful staff. Ideal location only a short walk to the Palace and the oceanfront. When we come back to Split again we’ll certainly try to stay here.

We loved our stay here! It was clean and comfortable but best of all was the view! It was stunning!!! Ivan was extremely helpful in.guiding us to a delicious local restaurant nearby. We would definitely come back!

Big room with a view close to everything

At first sight it was not a great experience, it was a bit "sad " to look at, a tall building that consist of different business, but when we arrive a 6th floor we where greet by a very helpfull receptionist. We got a nice big room with a nice view i walking distance to the old town, the beach an a supermarket. Nice restaurants nearby and neighbourhood going to the beach. An you can also find home because it is the only tall building in that area

Amazing stay. We loved that old city and other attractions were within walking distance. Very convenient and resulting by leaving the car in the parking lot. The bonus was the receptionist, Ivan, a lovely knowledgeable and friendly man that ensure our stay was no less than amazing. We will definitely come again.

Very comfy and spacious, would stay again!

Great hotel, awesome location. 5 min walk to beach and 10ish to the old town. Staff super helpful and responsive, must call them for parking (so make sure your phone works). Very comfy bed, great ac, fridge, wifi and tv were great for relaxing during the heat wave. Market 1 minute across the street.

Good standard of accommodation within 5 minutes’ walk of the old town and palace. The rooms are located on 6th floor of a tower and are of a good size. Bathroom is on the small side but perfectly ok. Everything was spotlessly clean. Breakfast is offered at a small café about 50m away and is adequate. Everyone we encountered was very helpful and friendly. A good deal is you’re looking to be close to central Split.
