"We travelled 3 people + 1 dog
The room was pleasant, a big double + sofa bed, however there was no mini fridge.
We paid extra 20£ for the dog but there was no bowls made available or dog bed which is fine as we took our own but as we were paying extra it should have been provided.
Parking was paid but better price as guests of the hotel.
We found it noisy and we had difficulty sleeping until 1am as there was people talking and banging doors so it wasn't restful. Not sure if its always like...
"Rather slow and complicated check in process. This hotel requires a credit card holding payment of £30, which they claim is normal practice. Not something I've come across so don't agree, but compelled to do so. It would help if the card reader actually worked! Breakfast and room both adequate given the price."

"Excellent location for visiting Bristol & Staff are very friendly.
We really enjoyed the breakfast and the quality was great.
Our room had a great view of the river and square but I would say that the room decor was a little tired however we wasn't there to stare at the walls but this could do with some attention.

"When checking-in, a receptionist confirmed that I could leave my luggage at check-out. Next morning, reception was found closed at check-out time. Another guest knocked on the door of the staff room there. A lady answered us and she took my cabin suitcase safely. I was told that the reception would be open from 12pm and I could get my luggage back at the reception anytime later. I told her that I would be back about 1pm.

The bed in our room 5 was so comfortable and everywhere was clean and fresh looking.
There is adequate parking for guests but it is on a bank and the road is very busy, it is difficult to exit from Tyndall.
It is a 15min walk to the Forum for shows, bus station and shops."
