"What a pleasant experience, that I was not expecting from a budget hotel chain. I wanted a stop over and found the hotel to be excellent value, clean, comfortable and just what I needed for a very affordable price. The room was adequate for my needs, basic but still very well structured with coffee/tea amenities, small shower area and a comfortable bed. "Perfect place to stay for Bristol trip. Stayed 2 nights and couldn’t fault it. The rooms were spotless, the bed was comfy, and the shower was hot with great pressure. Staff at reception were super friendly and gave us great local food tips. The location made it easy to walk the local retail park and train station in 12 min. Great value for position and practicality; helpful SA gent on reception on arrival - would revisit for sure, but don’t use if trying...

"I have stayed here a number of times over the years and it has always been an excellent experience. Clean friendly and good breakfast.Parking is appreciated although it can be busy I have never failed to find a spot. Nice touch is having a decent number of tea bags in the room - so many places stint on this but not here. A small point but illustrates that the hotel thinks sensibly how to look after its guests."
