"Hotel has great location. 10 min walk from train station. An easy walk to see all of the town. 5 min walk to grocery store and plaza with many restaurants. 3 min walk to tourist info (direction boardwalk). 5 min walk to bus to beach (direction boardwalk). 1 min walk to delicious coffee and pastry shop on corner ( direction boardwalk) "

"The address given is Via G Peretti 10 but should in fact be 11, which means finding it by satnav was difficult, we had to phone the hotel. Staff at reception in the morning were very cold and off-standing."

"The stay at Xenia was great. Very clean room, comfortable bed and possibility to have super warm water in the shower. Breakfast was a buffet but because of covid there was no self service. The staff was very nice, they gave us excellent restaurant recommendations. Single tip - it’s hard to find this hotel, it would be worthwhile to fix the address. "

"The beach resort is a step up from glamping, nice layout very well maintained gardens, pool is really fabulous and you can walk to the beach we’re you have access to a sunshade umbrella and beach beds. The beach like most in Sardinia is amazing clear water and great snorkelling. The resort is geared towards local tourism, mainly italian coming over with their cars. While the accommodations are clean they are well worn and can do with an upgrade. Very basic service get got clean towels and sheets...

"This stay was made by Antonio, who in spite of our non existent Italian provided all of the information we needed for an amazing visit to Villasimius! Hotel is in a central but quiet location with immaculate accommodations, a lovely terrace, amazing welcome from Antonio and Barbara, and excellent recommendations for hiking! We booked a second night thanks to Antonio who even drove us to the start of another beautiful beach hike! Couldn’t ask for a better or kinder host. Thanks again Antonio!"
