We had a nice stay, the staff was very friendly and the location is good. The hotel is old and needs a bit of sprucing up, but we were comfortable and will likely visit again.

Franco was delightful and provided fantastic service, thank you again, Properly is a bit run down and could use a renovation. We were a bit shocked at having to pay for beach chairs and towels. The hotel has a lovely view of the ocean which the best part.

Great location and staff!

Hotel rooms are a bit old but nice balconies. The location is great with a beautiful terrace literally on the sea. The staff is very kind and serviceable. Will come back!

the atmosphere of the hotel calamosca was magical during the spring. the beach was clean and secluded, the room was organized and the view was gorgeous. I did not get a change to try la terazza but the landscape, the manicuring and the overall vibe of this location was amazing. I cant wait to go back one day.

The first two rooms we were allocated had a bad smell of mold and poorly indoor clima. Both of them were on ground floor. The third one were on first floor, and was alright. The hotel is old fashioned, but has a beautiful view of the sea. Restauranten ved siden af hotellet var meget god.

We like the location, the view and the friendly staff. Everything else was terrible breakfast was horrible no towels or sheets ever changed they would only straighten them and thats it.

Picturesque location

We stayed for 4 nights. Everyone was very friendly at the hotel, it was clean and comfortable. Lovely location with picturesque views over the ocean. Suggestions: the rooms don’t have coffee facilities, so we bought a travel kettle and our own coffee etc.

Perfect location, the staff is helpfull and read your needs in advance. Basic breakfast. 1 amazing restaurant and 1 lounge bar with food option close by. Two option for the beaches, stones/ sand, and stone only. Both very valid and perfect to relax and enjoy your get away holidays. For the more adventurous you will find your own caletta few minutes away along the coast line

Amazing hotel, amazing staff, we will visit again.

Amazing location, friendly staff, just the pillow not so soft, you need to pay 10eur if yiu wish to stay in sunbed during the day, but just amazing as there is a small beach right next to it, amazing view, there is also a park if you like hiking.

Rooms are bare minimum - we had one plug socket for example. Entire hotel is dated and straight from the 60s. Breakfast is basic and the nearby beach is crowded and restaurant overpriced. If you also don't like sleeping there is a nightclub nearby blasting music until 1am every night to ruin your holiday. We also had no water for a day. Terrible hotel

What a great little hotel this is! I was nearly put off by the negative reviews but I'm so glad I wasn't. Yes its an older hotel and does need some modernisation but it is what it is, a comfy hotel, right on the beach at an affordable rate! Don't be put off, its a 10 minute drive to down town Cagliari and the airport, its right on a beach and the area is really quiet. I didn't try the restaurant but other guests said it was amazing.

The restaurant located next to the property is fabulous. I would suggest getting the water view renovated room, it was nice she said the normal ones are not renovated so I think they would be quite bad. The grounds on the property were not really well maintained like the grass was long and messy. But it has a beach within 2 minutes walk and you can walk to the Poetto beach within 15 minutes.

Rooms are much worse then shown. Have the rooms (standard) are old and worn out. You have to get inside the bathtub to take a shower which has no curtain. Avoid those. “Deluxe “ rooms are newer but start getting there. AC units located on the bed side so the cold air blows over your bed - you will probably wake up sick with cold. Also no rooms have mini fridges unlike advertised when booking.

This hotel is completely dated and in real need of refurbishment. It takes up a unique spot in Calamosca Bay, by being the only hotel there, however, the whole footprint of the hotel seems fractured due to the size and deteriorating areas. Firstly don’t be mislead by the wording Hotel Ristorante Calamosca, the restaurant next door shares the same building, but, it is not a part of the hotel and is not even connected internally. Check is not until 3pm, which is an hour later than most hotels, the interior of the hotel is completely worn and broken, the rooms are very sparse and uninviting, if you have cone to relax in the evening forget it as there is a club right next door with extremely loud music to the early hours, and I mean loud! There is a garden which looks out onto the sea, however, there is a charge to use the beds of €10, which is crazy. Considering the price of the rooms, the breakfast on offer is bland, with a limited selection. I would not recommend this hotel.

So disappointing - book elsewhere

Unfortunately we should've taken note of the poor reviews. A very disappointing experience. It seems the hotel is slowly improving its rooms but we unfortuately had a hill view room which was disgusting.It should not be given out to paying guests. Mouldy bathroom,loose wires from extractor fan,lingering smokers smell(smoke alarm covered by a shower cap!) and soiled sheets. We had booked for 5 nights but after arriving late and a very uncomfortable night fully clothed we checked out at first opportunity. Breakfast seemed adequate but didn't have the stomach for it. They did not honour their cancellation policy and didn't have the courtesy to even respond to an email. As we found, there are plenty of wonderful, good value rooms available in Cagliari which offer so much more for a lot less. If you book a sea view room it may be different but soiled sheets reflect poor housekeeping at the very least. Would not recommend.

Accoglienza ottima da parte del personale, molto gentile. Abbiamo apprezzato la bellissima vista mare dalla camera al secondo piano. Un po’ meno alcuni dettagli del bagno. I dintorni si prestano a belle escursioni a piedi e il centro città’ è facilmente raggiungibile. Consigliato a chi ama natura ed essenzialità. Torneremo!

Ett hotell som tyvärr har haft sina glansdagar. Läget är 5+ men det var lite off och svårt att få taxi att köra dit bussar gick på dagen väldigt frekvent. Rummet i sig var helt med sakerna inne började gå sönder såsom dusch/solskydd.

Cadre extérieur plaisant. Personnel correct et respectueux. Chambre spartiate mais convenable. Pas de réfrigérateur. Plomberie délicate. Petit déjeuner de qualité très moyenne (peu de fruit de saison, jus industriel et non frais, confiture quelconque, idem pour charcuterie et fromage…) Espace de petit déjeuner trop camping. Liaison avec le restaurant d’à coté à créer, plage à inclure dans le coût de l’hôtel.
