"The only thing is that the rooms are really small. Book a months ahead as they have some bigger rooms. Room for “2 people” with only one bed are very very small. Other than that everything was very good and the front desk people and other staff speak very good English - and are very eager to help in any way requested. Transit metro and trains stations are very close and take you easy anywhere in Tokyo. Tokyo Central station is 1 stop by train (3 min) or 20 min walk"

"We loved our stay here - it’s no frills but very comfortable, clean and best of all so conveniently located in Shibuya - near everything with such lovely places to eat within a couple of minutes. The AC worked great, staff was fantastic. I only knocked off a half a star for the facilities because the carpet is kinda old and grungy and the place looks a bit tired. But I would stay there again anytime. "

"We were at 12th floor, and the views from the bathtub and bedroom were awesome! The bathtub and toilet are separated, many amenities; including slippers, makeup remover, face wash, lotion, cream, brush, and etc. The room was new, clean, spacious, and quiet. The breakfast has a variety of foods, including anmitsu mochi with kinako powder and sweet black beans. It was excellent!"

"This is a great value and great location. It is walking distance to popular spots in Shibuya and Shibuya Station, Harajuku not far either. There is a Family Mart and Bic a few steps away to get any essentials. Staff was friendly. The rooms are small but we made it work (2 guest). The hotel also offers a couple of items like shampoo, body wash, conditioner, robe, slippers and near the front desk they have a few other things.
