"Absolutely everything about this resort was phenomenal, from the views of Arenal, their hot springs pools, the buffet breakfast, the resort shuttle, etc. The staff were all extremely friendly, everyone spoke enough English for us to get by easily. We would recommend this resort to anyone visiting the area."

"We stayed in the only apartment. It. Was across the street from the rest of the hotel. OVery spacious. One l large bedroom with a queen size bed, living room with record player and a few old records, a sofa/ sleeper, open dining area, and kitchen with tableware, a few pots and pans, tableware… No dishrags or drying mat. Very cozy The staff friendly and helpful. Great home made breakfast. Great view all the way to the Atlántico 0cean. Very enjoyable stay. Great soda and convenience store next...

"Loved it"

"It is a very beautiful and peaceful property away from all of the touristy stuff"

"Arenal Paraiso does not disappoint. The location is great. The cabins fit what we needed. The thermal springs were so relaxing. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed our stay and will be back. Thank you to the awesome staff who made us have an awesome stay! Highly recommend."

"It was clean, Room was Comfy we had a very good view from our superior suite, and very good and private, though we saw ours was maybe most private little cabin they had. Nice lush garden right in front of room and walk to our cabin. Bed was comfy on soft side."
