"Great location great staff."

"I enjoyed my stay"

"I like how close it was to Rainey Street/6th Street. Those areas are in downtown Austin. It is also close to Lady Bird Lake for a relaxing time doing whatever outdoor activity you like. The breakfast offered was enough. It was not a big spread, but it was enough. I wish they had some type of lunch service available, but the hotel restaurant did not offer lunch. Only breakfast and dinner. The staff is very helpful, as is housekeeping. I mentioned a problem in the room to the housekeeping staff,...

"It feels a little run down, the bedding was paper thin, little light in the room. The entrance from the highway is almost invisible, I missed it and had to go around. After 10am there is no restaurant service, no coffee, nothing. Parking is good though. And friendly front desk staff."

"the staff were amazing"

"Rested but rushed to leave to reach our destination."

"Bedding had hair all through it , pillow cases where dirty ."

"No one was at the front desk when I checked in. The bed was subpar for me, not soft enough, and it made noise from the frame underneath the mattress. The bed comforter was too light, definitely for cooler months. The hot water was in short supply, and the water pressure was too low. The building is only a few years old, yet the tiling in my room was poorly installed and needs repair."
