"The hotel was very good but when we went out one day. On getting back we went to the bus station. The staff at Holiday Inn told me to get a green bus and ask for Holiday Inn. But none of the bus drivers knew it. I tried three green bus drivers, and they all told me it was on Honiton Road. But that is another Holiday Inn & I had to get a taxi to get home in the end."

Room unfortunately faced the road and made the room noisy, the beds were uncomfortable and I suspect the mattresses need replacing. Lovely refurbished pool and the staff were helpful. "The B and b was gorgeous, such a lovely old building and the owners were so friendly and welcoming. My partner and I both loved the character of the building. The tearoom was a bonus and we both said that that was the best cream tea we had ever had. Sitting outside in the garden was just heavenly. The location was great too and with a frequent bus service into Sidmouth and Exeter it was just perfect. We have both said that we will definitely stay there again."
