"Aside from the more than generous space, it's as if you're home in your master bedroom, the bathroom was to die for. Not only did it have a, wait for it, a Jacuzzi, it also has a Bidet! I got sick in Otavalo from eating Seafood soup. The Bidet became inseparable for 2 days. The best 2 days of my stay."

"This is a very different style hotel if you are used to staying in the big chains. We had a family room booked for my family of 3. My son slept in the loft and loved it. The hotel appears to have been completely restored. Lots of old wooden features and art work. There is a wine cellar where you can purchase a bottle of wine and there is a spiral stair case that takes you to the roof and gives you a GREAT view of the historical area of Quito. We encountered rain every night so we did not...

"Clean hotel. Friendly, efficient reception. Room did not have a source of heat that I could find and was a bit cool. Right across from a very large shopping mall. Also nearby is the botanical garden but I was unable to visit because they close early at 3:30 pm."
