Nice located in the Plaza Foch area. Our room is spacious for two. Staff were willing help but barely speak English! This was actually our one night extended stay. They aggreed with the price we had negotiated. So main communication went though with Google translation, lol. For the very reasonable price, this is a good deal and highly recommended regardkess lock of included breakfast and other miscellaneous issues.

Hotel Mas Arte is a small boutique style hotel close to the happening area of Plaza Foch in Quito. The staff goes above & beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable & safe. Stay here without hesitation, for the price it is certainly the best deal & location in the city !

The hotel was very clean, nice, and comfortable. The location was also pretty convenient, not too far from the main roads, but not right on a busy street either. Unfortunately, I had a really hard time sleeping. The hallway had motion-sensor lights that kept turning on every time someone walked by. The light would shine into my room and wake me up throughout the night. On top of that, the rooms also don’t seem to have much soundproofing, and the doorbell was loud enough that it sounded like someone was ringing the bell inside my own room. You can hear conversations in the hallway very clearly, even when people are just standing outside talking. Every little noise comes through the door. I asked if I could change rooms, but I was told that wasn’t possible. Overall, the hotel itself was nice, clean, and comfortable. I’m sharing this simply as a reference for future guests, not as a negative comment. I always find it helpful to hear about other guests’ actual experiences when choosing a hotel, so I wanted to share mine as well. If you are a light sleeper, I would definitely keep these things in mind when booking.

Great hotel with helpful staff!

I had a great stay in this hotel, in one of the suites, newly renovated and well appointed. The rooms were quiet. The staff was very helpful and maintained the room and premises very clean. The hotel door is always locked for added security, this is a convenient walkable location to La Mariscal and neighbor areas.

Easy check-in and was able to before the notesld time. Very friendly. Close to Plaza Foch and buses and Supermaxi for groceries cos there's nothing. Smart part of the TV doesn't work so it's only cable channels. Room/apartment can get wicked cold but that's just Quito for you!

We pretty much like this small hotel, which is near the Plaza Foch, in a quiet residential neighborhood. The hotel managed by a couple of ladies who did not speak English but can be communicated with google translator. We found a thread of hair on our bed sheet when we checked in and had this for their attention. They sent the maid to replace the sheet right away. The shower could take a couple of minutes to have hot water running out... Overall, they were willing to help us whenever we had things come up. Despite the hotel does not offer included breakfast, for the price of the room, we considered this is good value for the stay. So, we highly recommended for a short stay in the area.

Room was comfortable with lots of storage and in a quiet area yet still close to some necessities. Only downside was it was fairly cold when I went in November but they have layered blankets to stay warm in bed.

The price was good, it could be much better, the mattress had problems, two mattress put together to make a king and one matrees was higher than the other , big gap in the middle , toilet seat broken,shower door didn't slide, the humidity smell ridiculous, found where it was,the wall bubble up paint falling from wall behind sink and pantry , itching on body me and wife the whole body.
