"The room was a ground floor suite for a hotel the room had a seperate bedroom lovely spa bath/shower but sadly due to disability found it a bit of a struggle to get In this time this is are 3rd trip to same room we have a dog too the staff was very friendly couldn't do enough for you shout out to sam on reception and bar breakfast was in the bar area as we had a dog even she got scrambled egg or a sausage can't fault it defo be back"

"Booked well in advance and opted to pay at property on arrival. Money was taken from my bank over 2 months before my stay. 1 day before arrival received a message to tell us the pub was shut but hotel was open. Immediately took away option to have a drink and food there. This was known by the property more than 1 day in advance and we should have been told sooner and given the option to cancel which we would have done. We were asked to provide arrival time so somebody could meet us to check us...

"Charming B&B excellent accommodation great spot easy walk into Woodhallspa. Breakfast was superb. Staff and owners could not be more helpful. Plenty of parking, nice areas to sit and relax in and out of rooms. Immaculately clean. Good spot from which to walk cycle and tour. Quiet but not remote. In room refreshments aplenty and generous bathroom consumables including towels. Room airy, air con perfect given heatwave we encountered, shower big powerful and very nice. Bed huge and super comfy....
