"We had such a wonderful stay here, particularly loving the stable room with its peace and quiet and enormous king bed. We arrived late and went for a walk around the Secret Garden at sunset which was completely magical .. followed by delicious food and cocktails in Harry’s Bar. I have to say the bar and serving staff were exceptional, friendly and smiling and welcoming, on a busy night they remained top class throughout. "We stayed only one night very close to the airport for our flight the following morning. When we checked in it stated that the room was standard, I had booked a superior (this may not be the correct terminology) this was quickly corrected though the room we were given was quite clearly set for one person as there was only one robe, one pair of slippers, one bottle of water etc! The room however was more than acceptable!"

"For a motorway hotel it is good quality, always clean. I use this hotel several times each year as it is about halfway a long journey i do. What is impressive is the consistent high standard, I've never had a bad experience there. "
