"I definitely enjoyed my stay here. Rooms are very clean and feature either a Juliet balcony standard or full balcony to sit in for an up charge. Amenities were great, full bar, Starbucks and couple restaurants on the first floor. Also features a pool side bar open till 7pm. We arrived early and were allowed to park to leave our things and head to Disneyland. The walk to Disney was only about 10 minutes. Area around felt safe and the lots of stores and restaurants nearby."

"The front desk worker was amazing he helped me so much!! I don’t remember his name sadly but he was a black guy super nice!!! The breakfast was wonderful definitely recommend the hotel it was really nice ."

"I stayed at the hotel for two nights, from October 1 to October 2, 2026. During my stay, the hotel collected a security deposit and informed me that USD 214.99 would be refunded. I would appreciate clarification regarding this discrepancy and request that the hotel review my account and refund the outstanding balance as soon as...

Had to wait till almost 5 pm for communication that our room was ready but an easy process checking in. Got greeted almost every...

"This property has definitely seen better days. Lots of wear-and-tear in the room, slow elevators (possibly out of inspection), and not quite the full complement of standard amenities. Staff was polite and professional, so I suspect this is simply an upkeep problem. Like the nearby Miyako, this caters to Japanese travelers, but I suspect it is substantially down-market. Parking is a little awkward with the road construction currently."
