"I was annoyed to find out only upon checking out that there was a 20% discount at Wetherspoons having had an evening meal the night before. Some forward indication would have been nice. Also having access to the app before arriving would have given us time to work out what each button did. Some menus are hidden within other items. Not knowing how to use the Lifts using your phone for example. Just a general lack of information:"

"Quite and clean, nice comfortable bed. Good well lit car motorcycle parking."

"Book bed and breakfast but was unable to have breakfast as times have changed and breakfast doesn't start until 6am. We had an early flight Buffet breakfast not available"

"Quick check-in with friendly staff. Nice clean room with big bed and large screen TV. Good buffet style breakfast from an early time so you can have breakfast and catch the shuttle to the airport."

"Was a cool hotel, very nice looking. However our room was a bit run down, the toilet didn't want to flush unless you repeatedly pushed the handle a lot, the sink sprayed water at you unless using a trickle of water. "The breakfast was very good. Classic English breakfast and other breakfast foods."

"Everything was OK"

"Will be back"

I love airports anyway - they give me a buzz - and this is like slipping down a rabbit hole out of it into a secret bunker. Well worth it."

"Room fine for motorway stop over. Never usually bother doing reviews but wanted to note the excellent customer service be reception desk woman late evening 22nd Oct. She was helpful, friendly and just genuinely chatty."

"Good location, cosy room"

"We were very upset to find that the restaurant was not open and did not get told of this when booking and before arrival. It was very upsetting after a 10 hr flight to have to walk to another hotel to get a meal."

"We had an enjoyable stay. Just for one night before our early flight. Staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel was very quiet and five minutes from Horley station. Very happy with the price and hotel."

"Despite the friendliness of staff and cleanliness, pristine towles and good quality linen. The bed was very loose and very squeaky, quite uncomfortable to sleep on. The walls are very thin, could hear the conversation from one room and the football game from the other. When people opened and closed their bedroom doors, it felt and sounded as if they were opening and closing my bedroom door. I felt very unsafe as a solo traveller. TV had no signal and the Wifi didn'twork, I had to use my own...
