"I slipped in the shower
I’m not sure if this is where I should be informing the hotel
I did inform front desk but received no direction
He did say they have mats but they were downstairs
I bruised my lip, my arm and my leg, I took pictures
Something should be done for the showers
Otherwise everything else was good!"

"Parking is too expensive.
Breakfasts are too expensive.
Better coffee and snacks should be available.

Water is not hot enough.

"When I reserved the room and this hotel it advertised balcony. There was a patio door with a railing foing across it but the door was screw shut. I was planning on relaxing on the balcony which was the primary reason I booked this hotel. Parking was also $45 for the night which was not indicated when booking. It is a nice hotel but don't false advertise a balcony when you don't have one and post the price for parking. BTW the balcony cost more than a room without."

"Excellent stay at Home2 Suites Kingston! We travelled as a family with young kids and the hotel exceeded our expectations.
The room was well-equipped with a full kitchenette: fridge, sink, dishwasher, utensils and dinnerware all included, which is a huge plus for families. The pool was warm and well-maintained. What really impressed us was the staff responsiveness, I texted a request for extra pillows and they were at our door within minutes.
