"Staff very professional"

"The staff at the front desk was fantastic! I believe her name was Janessa. Other front desk workers were extremely helpful and kind."

"Everything was good except for a loud fight a few rooms down that happened for a few hours with very loud noises disturbing everyone on the floor. I wish something was done immediately. The whole situation was disturbing and scary."

"Nice spacious two-room suite with the convenient and comfortable infrastructure of the hotel"

"Very clean, attractive lobby. Room was clean and amenities were good. Staffing shortage was very obvious. Long wait at check in. The lounge was staffed for a few hours during only one night of my stay. Shops are within walking distance. Warn guests that this is a very warm uncomfortable walk during summer though. Not sure I’d return here. Maybe improved during peak season?"

"Clean rooms, good hot breakfast, location is good, close to many restaurants and good freeway access. But best of all is the very help front desk staff."
