"Friendly helpful staff BUT 1. Had to immediately ask for room transfer because of tampered, unsecure window lock on ground floor. Resolved by staff immediately offering new room which was fine. 2. No piping hot breakfasts because buffet hot tray was broke. This was biggest gripe in what you advertise as a 4 star hotel. Not good enough."

"Could have done with a king size bed instead of a double bed but that is my preference. Air conditioning was non existent or I just couldn’t work it. But there was a tower fan in the room that helped. Over all good stay."

"The room was exceptionally clean as was the bathroom. There was constant hot water in the shower. The bed was comfortable, although I did find the pillows a bit unforgiving. The soundproofing was excellent, which ensured a good night’s sleep."
