"Great value for any stay in Chester. Just on the edge of the city so your are no more than a few minutes walk from the centre. Hotel has the benefit of parking spaces. Staff were excellent and so friendly. Ovall look of the hotel good but a few signs of aging. Spa nice enought and the addition of a buffet breakfast makes it a decent hotel. "

"We stayed in room 36 and wow wow wow was we blown away it was 5 star suit soo comfy we were looked after so well Food was excellent breakfast was amazing especially the sousage im.fussy about sousage they were gorgeous .the bath was separate room and very big and the walk in shower was big aswell our weekend was absolutely amazing we were spoilt and the swimming pool area was great took we'll be back. Thank you john and Megan for your kindness xxx"

"The hotel and facilities are really nice. We used the pool which was great too! The only thing I would say which wasn’t obvious for us on booking is there’s an extra charge to use the pool facilities."
