"The car park is not part of the hotel and so you are charged £26 for any time over 15mins of time in any 24 hour period. There is no, go out and come in to reset the timer. As such the receptionist has an on going battle with every client parking there. I note that there is no support from the management to combat this situation. The bottom sheet had not been fitted to the bed just put on top of the mattress then covered with the duvet. Sloppy housekeeping."
