"The staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly and I loved my room on the 14th floor: very clean, with an amazingly comfy bed, a huge tub, fantastic view of the downtown and a refrigerator. Their onsite bar and restaurant: the Swine Moonshine and Whiskey Bar and the Tavern were both excellent that have fantastic waitstaff. The hotel is in a great location, close to Symphony Hall, the Art Museum, restaurants and shopping and just a block from a light rail station. I highly recommend...

"They do have parking close by but I did not use it. They did have valet service and the valet were very personable and always smiling. Duncan, at the check-in, was AMAZING!! I stayed 5 nights/6 days and every evening when I came back from my adventures, he would ask how my day went and if I needed anything. Unfortunately, I did not get a chance to take advantage of the bar. My room was clean and housekeeping was pleasant when I needed anything."

"My toilet was not working for days. My room was on third floor but I had to go to the toilet on the first floor which was disgusting. I made several phone calls but it wasn’t repaired. One person came in to repair after asking to speak to the manager but it wasn’t fixed. They were not able to get it fixed. I wasn’t offered another room. Manager NEVER called me. Overall bad experience"

"Our room was clean, smelled nice, and was the perfect fit. The breakfast was FANTASTIC. I highly recommend it. Christopher and Jack in the restaurant were so pleasant. The staff of the hotel welcomed us back nearly every time we walked in. There is an amazing food pod right next door. Super convenient and delicious."
