"No skirting board in the bathroom, looked tatty. Shower over the bath difficult to access without being scalded or frozen. Noisy extractor outside & cooking smells. Noisy conversations outside early morning. Staff helpful & courteous in the hotel. Breakfast very good."
"I loved the cleanest of the hotel , the complimentary tea & coffee which was lovely. Staff were lovely and very helpful. And loved how the hotel was to the city centre and the first direct arena. I would highly recommend you to everyone."
"Lovely hotel with free parking and a bus stop across.
12 mins into the city centre
Friendly staff
Great breakfast
Spacious rooms
Little disappointed as only 1 tea bag and 1 pk of biscuits on arrival. This could be rectified easy by going to reception but just a little inconvenient at the time
Overall a good stay and would recommend"
"I was excited to be staying at the hotel, but unfortunately I left deflated. Room was okay but definitely could hear every single thing from the room next door. The floorboards were creaky. The room was outdated, it had a charm to it but it really didn't feel like they took care of it.
Breakfast was really good, staff were friendly."
"Ideal location for our visit with city centre minutes away. Main hotel is well maintained though our room does need some attention, with rust and stain marks in the bathroom. Wash hand basin didn't drain quickly, toilet didn't always fully flush and no toilet brush. There was a sofa bed in the room which took up a lot of space.
The staff, howeverre excellent y"
"Spotlessly clean rooms/ hotel , but noisy Aircon meant I didn't sleep well , even when switched off the fans still active.
Breakfast included was fine , the check in staff on Arrival where terrible, unhelpful and argumentative and almost had me paying again for a room id already paid for."
"The property provides a specific service for conferences etc. and fulfils this very well. It is at a basic level in the context of hotel accommodation but the rooms are clean tidy and all that is needed for a comfortable stay. There is plenty of on-site parking and staff are very helpful. There are kitchenette facilities where you can make yourself a tea or coffee at any time which works well as an alternative to having these facilities in your room. Overall a pleasant stay."
