"It was dirty. The sink, bathroom, tub, floors. All dead bugs all over.
TV was great.
But a very musty smell in room. My sheets were not dry when we went to bed."

"We stayed in the carriage house behind the main inn, parking directly outside the building. Coffee station easy access in the hallway with kurig’s available anytime. Nice spacious room"
"We had such a great stay here. Our room was available early, the woman at the front desk was so nice and assigned our group rooms that were near each other. We enjoyed the pool and the gym during our stay. The only issue that we ran into was that there were only three towels in the room and the front desk didn’t have any additional towels.
The breakfast was not so great either. They served stuff for breakfast burritos but everything was very bland. It wouldn’t keep us from returning though."
"Don’t let the outside scare you away from this inn. It is a work in progress and to date all of the work has been done inside. The inside is spacious, clean, and appealing. You won’t be disappointed if you stay in room four. We didn’t stay in the other room so I can’t speak to them."

"I stayed for 4 days / 3 nights in the apartment and it was super cute. I loved the location since it is so close to town and you can walk everywhere and enjoy Shelburne Falls. There is really no need to drive anywhere. This is a good location to get around to other parts of western Mass. For the stay, there were 2 of us and there was plenty of room. The dining area and kitchen were great. I don't think we ever sat in the living room, but it was nice and cozy. The shower was a little tiny...
"We LOVED the modern clean aesthetic and convenience to Mount Snow. Definitely one of the nicest places in the area and we’ve seen a lot. We arrived late but check in was super easy. We will definitely return!"

The innkeeper had fresh baked goodies every afternoon and hot breakfast made from scratch. The historic property is beautiful and convenient to so many art galleries, sweet towns, trails and Tanglewood. Highly Recommended!!"
