"Very friendly people"

"Very dirty hotel – nothing like the pictures I have never been so disappointed with a hotel. The pictures on Expedia look nothing like the hotel we arrived at. "Really lovely room, older style, well priced hotel in the very centre of Andover. Lovely staff and delicious breakfast. Because the room was on the front, sadly, it was noisy at night - the Redbridge pub is open until 11pm most nights, midnight on Thursdays and 2am on Fridays and Saturdays !!!! Maybe request a room at the back of the hotel if you like a quieter night - but, of course, if you like a good night out why not join them! Thanks for a lovely stay."

"Good size rooms with a balcony . Comfy beds . Tea and making coffee facilities. Some rooms allow dogs if you book ahead. Excellent choice for breakfast."

"On the website said free parking. When we are there, the staff said need to charge for car parking."

They claimed that there had been a change of ownership/management the week before and even though I myself had only booked two days before my arrival they denied any knowledge of my booking. I was left trying to find an alternative place to stay at 7pm on a Saturday night. Beware of pre booking if this is how they now treat guests....
