"The room is very tidy and clean. I find the room seems newly renovated. It was a cold night and I have the heater on and the room warm up very fast. The room was quiet at night even it’s a Saturday night. Quite a different narrative to the receptionist warn me while check in. Probably my room is at far end and facing other side."

"The parking spots are small, it is better not driving a big car there."

"Very friendly people"

"Very dirty hotel – nothing like the pictures I have never been so disappointed with a hotel. The pictures on Expedia look nothing like the hotel we arrived at. The whole place was dirty, smelled terrible and looked very run-down. I honestly cannot understand how this is advertised as a three-star hotel. The hotel was previously used to accommodate asylum seekers, but from what I saw, it looked as though it had never been properly renovated after they left. The walls were dirty, scratched and...

"Everything was great! Thank you! 😁"

"Really lovely room, older style, well priced hotel in the very centre of Andover. Lovely staff and delicious breakfast. Because the room was on the front, sadly, it was noisy at night - the Redbridge pub is open until 11pm most nights, midnight on Thursdays and 2am on Fridays and Saturdays !!!! Maybe request a room at the back of the hotel if you like a quieter night - but, of course, if you like a good night out why not join them! Thanks for a lovely stay."

"So, having explained an irritating medical condition I had and asked if it would be okay to use the charging bay without charging, the front counter assistant said it would be fine. I have now received a fine for £100 for using it. The breakfast was at best okay. but I certainly would not pay for it a 2nd time. It’s centrally based and advertised parking, while also taking away 4 of the parking spaces for charging, which are frequently not in use."

"The room was very clean we were impressed by the layout , plenty of room. The staff were very friendly and informative. The breakfast was very good all we could ask for, well done to all the staff."

"Good size rooms with a balcony . Comfy beds . Tea and making coffee facilities. Some rooms allow dogs if you book ahead. Excellent choice for breakfast."

"Great value for money, clean facilities and friendly staff. Had a good nights sleep."

"Wonderful stay for a quick weekend. Really friendly, food amazing, just nice. Thanks guys, will be back."

"The hotel looks spectacular when you arrive. On check-in the staff were polite, seemed a little fed up everyday thereafter. The restaurant is something that should be avoided at all costs unless you like eating uninspiring, bland overpriced food (£60 for 2 people and I would have expected something that looked and tasted like some heart had gone into it). Best option was the pub at the end of the drive or a takeaway!! Breakfast was free - that was nice because I would not have paid for it! We...

"I only stayed one night but I was very happy with the hotel."
