The walk to town was about 15-20 minutes, butless than 10 minutes to the Festival Theater. "

We drove to both, but they were walking distance. I wasn't sure if we would be able to get breakfast because we had to leave relatively early, but even though it was made to order, they were quick in getting it to us.
