"Breakfast was a huge upcharge per day per person, so we didn’t get that. They also charged us an extra $29.95 per day—4 days because we used the pullout couch, and there was a sheet and blanket for it, but the same ones were used all four days. The woman made a huge deal about having to wash them, but she only needed to do that once."

The bed is so comfortable, the homemade & quality breakfast is so appreciated, and the space is charming and welcoming. The hotel is over 100 years old so we weren’t expecting modern amenities found in newer properties. That said our room was clean and functional but it is in need of a refresh; rusty shower head that doesn’t allow for adjustment a heater that likely wouldn’t work well on a really cold night.
