"The room is spacious for Japanese standards, clean and the hotel has good amenities. I used the public bath and it was very clean and relaxing . Will definitely recommend."

"Fantastic venue with a great vibe and well furnished/kitted social space. The free tea, coffee and pastries (and breads) were above our expectations and helped to set us up well for our days out in the city. The range of board games and books was also a pleasant surprise. The staff were helpful and polite from our arrival and were always willing to help. The room had a good range of amenities and very enjoyable shower. We did find the space in the room a little limited and the pillows were too hard for our personal liking. These are minor niggles and overall had a great time at this hotel."

"It was an amazing stay at Gran Ms Hotel. The staff were very accomodating and helpful. The rooms were a bit smaller than expected but they were clean and sufficient. Amenities were provided. There is a nice and tidy seating area at the reception. Just a suggestion about the Laundry that the dryer lint needs to be cleaned more often or the instructions provided for the users to do it themselves. "
