We requested a diferent room and were told that we will get another room only after they checked to see if in fact our room smelled bad. We finally were given another room after two hours. "Stay at tha Alven Hotel was ok in General. Front desk staff did not speak English so I used a translator app. Hotel was divided in two (old vs new) areas. I was placed in the old side myself and room had a antique vibe. Room was comfortable but a 32 inch tv too small for the size of the room. The wifi was slow & often disconnected from my tablet.
