"Extremely Bad: 1. There was a raw sewage smell coming from bathroom drain. 2. The pillows and linen to had a foul odor. 3. There was hair everywhere in the room and bathroom. 4. The bathroom sink faucet did not work, couldn’t even wash my hands. 5. Broken gate motor that left the vehicles unsecured in the parking lot across a busy street. 6. The breakfast spread was average for two days and on the third day breakfast was the bare minimum. We left the hotel and did not even eat breakfast on the fourth day. 7. The hotel denied Expedia a $70.00 refund request for one first night due to (GOL Airlines Severe Weather Delay) arriving a day late."

"The place has a nonsensical shower design, there's mold everywhere and now I'm hacking up my lungs. I've stayed at worse places but none have ever messed me up like this. "

"Decent hotel. Pretty much what I expect from a three and a half to four star hotel. I most likely will not return for longer stays because the rooms are just too small. 237 Square feet is just too small to stay for an entire week. It's okay for a weekend and that is just my opinion. The breakfast was okay. Nothing spectacular but nothing too basic either. One thing did catch me off guard. The bacon looked nearly raw and barely cooked. I thought that was very bizarre considering barely cooked bacon can make you seriously ill. If you don't eat the bacon and you only there for a weekend it's a great place to stay."

"There is no plug for American devices- I had to go out and purchase an adaptor- when I stayed in other hotels there were adaptors and transformadores for free at the front desk "

"Great location. Walkable to bars and restaurants. Front desk says was very helpful and went beyond expectations to help us communicate with the bus company where we lost a bag. Restaurant has a nice view from the dining room. Breakfast buffet was nice."
