My husband and I stayed here after flying in to Curitiba late at night. Neither of us speaks Portuguese, but the man at the front desk spoke great English and was very helpful. There was a great breakfast buffet the next morning, and there is also a little garden with benches and a gazebo. It felt great to sit in the sun there and relax after our late-night flight and jet lag. The hotel is attractive, with a dramatic lobby and nice seating. We would stay again!

Me hospedei no hotel por 18 dias para recuperação de uma cirurgia e foi a melhor escolha! A equipe é muito calorosa e prestativa. Precisei tomar banho sentada e me trocaram para um quarto especial, disponibilizaram uma cadeira para banho e trataram as nossos pedidos com muita atenção e rapidez. Tiraram os pés da cama para que eu levantasse com mais facilidade, ajudaram a minha mãe a levar o meu café da manhã nos dias em que eu ainda não podia andar muito. Quando eu já podia andar, sempre recebia perguntas sobre a minha recuperação por diferentes funcionários do hotel, percebi que todos estavam cientes da minha condição e me senti muito acolhida. Sobre a estrutura, as camas são bem confortáveis, chuveiro ótimo e forte, café da manhã bem servido e cardápio de refeições saborosas e com preços justos, considerando que vem muita comida. Escolhi o hotel principalmente pela localização e facilidade de acesso ao shopping para facilitar a compra de refeições. A equipe é maravilhosa e entregou muito mais do que eu esperava! Sou grata por tudo!

Localização excelente. Pudemos caminhar para vários pontos turísticos e restaurantes além do shopping que fica ao lado do hotel. O pessoal da recepção também foi muito prestativo e falam inglês, o que ajudou muito na comunicação com meu marido.

É um absurdo um hotel desse nivel não ter uma academia, e tem convenio mais o hospede tem que pagar para usar.
