"Based on my person experience and my opinion ONLY. Stayed one night. Check in with Clara was great! Internet was great! Room condition was great! I did not like the music in the hallway by the elevators on the 4th floor. You will hear your neighbors. Be prepared for room inspections and waste 5-7 minutes before you will check out—this hotel will count towels and pillows to make sure you did not steal. The area was great! "The staff is really nice , they helped us to have an early check in and find delivery food on suday (when everything was close). Its close (15 min walk) to mercado de brujas and murillo avenue an 30 min drive from airport."

"Nice room, wall heater worked ok . Close to football stadium , great plaza, lots of food outside of door. Easy to get home when phone dies and you no Spanish Old elevator but better than nothing Tidy rooms , helpful staff, great location "

"First of all I did not stay because the cab driver told me the hotel was inoperable for the last 6 or 7 months. He took me there to the hotel to see and there were no lights on at all. Terrible. I would not recommend this hotdl to my worst enemie."

"The hotel was nice, staff was helpful and nice, location was great. Bed was comfortable. My only con is that I asked them to call me a taxi. Often they call reliable people. The taxi driver managed to rip me off with the “I can’t make change for you” have you give smaller bill but keep the larger bill. I know to watch out for that but was too busy trying to corral my family to notice until it was too late. "
