The staff is great we loved bonding with them especially Alejandro and Ivón, they were so awesome! We didn’t want to leave and we are surely coming back. We walked mostly everywhere and it was an experience of its own with all the street art and all the unique shops and cafes everywhere! "We stayed here for 6 days. Staff was friendly. This hotel is in an excellent location. Walking distance to the Zocalo and to downtown maybe 2 blocks away. The room was very nice, keep in mind it’s an older building but very beautiful. They do have a pool and the restaurant in the hotel had very good breakfast. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because we did not have hot water in our room, not that we needed it much because in the day time since it was hot outside the water was warm...

"Great helpful stuff, even if some didn’t speak much English. Breakfast place is just downstairs and great roof to chill on a hot evening. Rooms are very bare bone, but clean. It’s a good place to stay if you’re not into luxury. "
