"So centrally located and mostly quiet at night. Comfortable spacious rooms with portable air conditioners/fans. Basic kitchen facilities, but had what we needed. Had a king bed and then two double beds in main open area of kitchen and dining room. Separate bathroom/toilet - could have been a bit cleaner, but worked fine. Excellent communication, sorting out any requests quickly. Close to lots of restaurants, tours and the main city plaza and grocery store. Didn't need the daily clean, so price...

"The pictures looked great, the rooms did not match the pictures. One room was pretty musty and dark. The room we stayed in had no hot water in the shower and it took 3 days to fix. They offered to change the room but that room had steep stairs to get to single bedroom down stairs and we had paid for a two bedroom. They should have made sure the shower worked before we arrived. They also required payment on arrival instead of at check-out. There are no cafes walking distance, and long waits for...
